The 33rd GWMF was held the weekend of February 25th and 26th, 2011 at South Middle School. See many pictures from this festival and all previous wonderful Gardner festivals!

The festival showcases traditional Appalachian acoustic music performed by musicians from West Virginia and surrounding states. In addition to providing on-stage performances, players also 'jam' with each other, teach workshops, share ideas, and socialize.
The late Worley Gardner started this festival 35 years ago and his late wife Margaret Gardner continued it. The event continues as a tribute to them both. Hear examples of some of Worley's great tunes by Worley music lovers Patty Looman and Jeff Fedan.
