11:00-12:30Lap Dulcimer - Beginner (dulcimers available to borrow). Focus on noter / drone playing. Noters will be provided. Jim Fawcett
 Mandolin – Beginner (a few available
to borrow). Learn how to hold and tune the instrument, play basic two-finger chords, and a simple tune. Learn to read mandolin tablature.

12:00-1:30 Appalachian Flatfoot Dancing Charlie Burton
12:45-2:15Harp (loaner harps available to borrow). Learn about the harp, how to play a gliss and learn a simple song. Cindy Lewellen
 Lap Dulcimer – Intermediate. Bring
your dulcimers tuned to DAA but leave your picks at home. Learn to use the fingers of your right hand to make music.

 Hammered Dulcimer – Intermediate. Learn some songs played by Worley Gardner, Patty Looman and Russell Fluharty and practice techniques that each of them used. Have a chance to try out different kinds of hammers. Lyn Swiger

 Square Dance calling – Beginner Ron Buchannon
 Vocals - Get a grip on harmony
Learn a simple round in 3 part harmony and then learn 2-3 well-known tunes in 3 part harmony.
